Five trips in, we realised everyone was answering the same questions, repeating the same hotel research, and looking for the same drivers. So we built a platform — a directory that connects you with independent drivers, hotels, and trip-program publishers we'd recommend to our own families. **Safrah is a marketplace, not a travel agency or tour operator.** Drivers, hotels, and program providers listed here are independent businesses; Safrah's role is to introduce you to them and process the booking. You pay the provider directly through the platform — there is no hidden margin and we never resell trips as our own product. Every page works in Arabic, English, and Georgian, because we don't expect anyone to translate themselves.
